The Procedure governing transactions with related parties, adopted pursuant to CONSOB Regulation no. 17221 of 12 March 2010, was approved by the Board of Directors and defines the rules governing the identification, the approval and execution of transactions with related parties carried out by SERI INDUSTRIAL S.p.A., either directly or through subsidiaries, in order to ensure the transparency and correctness of both the substantive and procedural transactions.
