A leading company operating in the moulding of plastic materials sector for OEM clients in the automotive sector is looking for a Quality Manager for the Canonica D'Adda (BG) site.

The resource will be included in the Quality Team, and reporting directly to the Plant Manager, will mainly deal with:

- Managing activities related to internal non-conformities, any issues related to the product and customer complaints, in sharing with the corporate divisions involved, starting from the advanced stages of design up to delivery and after-sales service

- Monitoring and managing product and production process through the different stages of progress

Duties:

- Management and verification of functional product tests with drafting of the relevant product and process approval test reports for the customer (PPAP);

- Company KPIs Monitoring and analyzing (rejects, complaints, NC costs);

- Statistical analysis of product and process (SPC);

- Process review and improvement (Control Plans - APQP - FMEA);

- Non-conformity management of 8D products;

- Management of complaints and supplier issues;

- Collaboration and updates with Plant Manager.

Requirements :

- Diploma and/or Engineering Degree

- Fluent knowledge of the English language

Salary and contractual conditions will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
